QTam Bitmap to Icon is a small program for creating icons. It's Wizard-liked interface make it easy to understand and use. Just drag your BMPs, GIFs or JPGs into program and with a few clicks, you'll got your icons. In version 3.0, it can convert multiple files to icons at a time with auto-mask function.
